Andrew is Vice President of the Valuation & Advisory practice in Toronto. Andrew is a commercial real estate market consultant, and undertakes a range of assignments for the public sector, institutions, and private real estate owners and developers. Mr. Browning joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000.
Andrew brings over fifteen years of experience in the analysis and forecasting of economic and market conditions that impact Canadian commercial and residential real estate. His work includes the preparation of market intelligence for various sectors of real estate, incorporating economic and demographic trends, as well as forecasting of key indicators. Development pro forma and financial modeling is often a component of assignments Andrew is involved in, along with highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, and underwriting and financial due diligence related to property transactions.
Andrew has a wealth of employment land advisory experience, having acted as project lead on notable engagements for the Cities of Mississauga, Brampton, Calgary and Regina, and executing a prominent role on the City of Toronto’s recent employment lands study. Andrew’s strength is informing planning policy and strategy with real world real estate market intelligence. Previous clients are from both the public sector – federal, provincial, municipal, and institutional – and private sector – typically owners and users of commercial real estate, both domestic and international.
