Bart is an Executive Vice President, Office Leasing, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. With more than 25 years’ industry experience, Bart consistently ranks as the top producing tenant representative in the Metro Vancouver area. His expertise and diverse knowledge of both the suburban and downtown office markets enables him to thoroughly understand the needs of landlords and clients while providing a broad spectrum of opportunities and proven solutions.

Bart currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of British Columbia and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Chapter for 12 years. In addition, he’s also volunteered as an advisor to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, the Arthritis Society of British Columbia, as well as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Canada.

Bart completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
