Ben Macfarlane is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver office, specializing in the industrial asset class. He represents landlords, tenants, and investors across Metro Vancouver, bringing a client-first approach to every assignment.

Before entering brokerage on a full-time basis, Ben completed three internships at commercial brokerages in Vancouver, the last of which was at Cushman & Wakefield. These roles gave him hands-on exposure to every asset class and a clear understanding of how each one operates and ultimately led him to focus on industrial.

Today, Ben focuses on targeted outreach and uncovering opportunities across the market, with a disciplined approach to prospecting and research. He is guided by integrity and a steady focus on the client’s best interests and works alongside his twin brother in the Vancouver office, where together they bring a collaborative approach to serving clients.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialized in Real Estate, from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is fluent in English and French. He is committed to his clients by delivering thoughtful advice, responsive service, and long-term value on every assignment.
