Bob specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties and development sites in the Vancouver market. His honest, advisory approach and service excellence has resulted in Bob doing multiple assignments with loyal clients. Bob has been an award-winning member of Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. for the past 22 years and has experienced a broad variety of transactions. 

Bob has been directly involved in over $500 million in sales and over 5 million square feet of leasing, with a focus on sales and user representation. Bob has a good understanding of the business and his greatest strength is his strong relationships and trust with his clients. His clients benefit from his vast experience, commitment and understanding of all aspects of the business including, construction, development, land, build to suits, design – build and sales.

Bob is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. 


Bob is also a member of National Association of Industries & Office Properties, the Urban Development Institute (UDI) and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Bob is a consistent member of the Cushman & Wakefield’s  “President’s Round Table” and a recipient of the Award of Excellence.

Bob has acted on behalf of numerous local, national and international clients including: Weyerhaeuser, Kraft Foods, Toshiba Canada, Nissan Canada, Viceroy Homes, West Fraser Timber and  Watson Gloves Ltd.
