Brett joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, in the discipline of retail. In his time with the company, Brett has been involved in representing tenants such as Bell World, the Bone and Biscuit Company, Canadian Brew House, Lasik MD, Manchu Wok, Movie Gallery, M&M Meats, Quizno’s, Second Cup, Ten Below, Tirecraft and UAP/NAPA. From a listing standpoint, he has been intimately involved in marketing a number of shopping centers for landlords such as Alldritt Developments, Brentwood Developments, Cathton Developments, Centron Developments, Hopewell Development Corporation, Melcor Developments, Royop Development Corporation, Trans America Group Ltd. and Western Asset Management. Brett has completed real estate transactions in markets such as Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Red Deer, Calgary and Fort McMurray.

Brett completed his education at the University of Alberta. During his time there, he held a number of extracurricular roles, including President of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, Treasurer of the Interfraternity Council and Treasurer of the Order of Omega Honour Society. Brett continues to be involved with Delta Upsilon as President of the Alumni Advisory Board.

Brett also volunteers as a member of the River Valley Alliance Advisory Committee.

In his spare time, Brett enjoys golf, travelling and gourmet dining. He and wife Chantel have been married since 2005.
