Brian is the Executive Managing Director and Americas Business Development Lead for our Valuation & Advisory group for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of our Canadian head office, in Toronto. In this role Brian leads a team of over 60 valuation professionals located in 8 offices across Canada and meets with investors and lenders of real estate to understand their global valuation needs. Brian also coordinates our business development efforts for our Americas valuation business.

Brian sits on Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) Greater Toronto Area board. The focus is on advancing new opportunities and fostering new thinking for female professionals at Cushman & Wakefield. Across the Americas, WIN has 2,000+ members, and our Toronto Chapter has 100+ members.

In Canada, our team appraises approx. 3,700 properties per year across all asset classes representing over $100 billion, and our team has also been the valuation partner with every major REIT that's been created in Canada since 2013.

Globally, our team offers 1,700+ professionals who appraise >250,000 properties/year representing approx. USD $3 trillion worth of commercial real estate. Brian leverages our global platform to help meet the increasing demands of investors and lenders around the world.

Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2004 and was previously the Managing Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for developing new business relationships. He has been a part of the Canadian Leadership Team since 2010. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brian spent five years as a top salesperson for IBM Canada, transacting over $50 million in business and ranking in the top 5 per cent of the sales force.
