Mr. Woodburn’s primary focus is representing office occupiers in Toronto, but he regularly partners with colleagues across C&W’s network of 400+ offices to fulfill
his clients’ international requirements. Derek and his team provide fully integrated real estate solutions that include in-depth client needs analysis, existing lease
audits, hybrid work and growth modelling, workplace strategy, space programming, market research, site selection, space planning, financial analysis, lease
negotiations, project management and move coordination services.
