Eric Israel is a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory in Montreal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) and the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (É.A.).

With over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional in a senior level position, Eric is fully committed to the successful realization of any multitude of real estate functions.  Eric has an in depth understanding of the fundamentals that drive the real estate market, and has been exceptionally successful at adding value to real estate projects.

In Eric’s earlier professional experience, he has benefited from a bottom-up approach to real estate, primarily concerned with the property management related duties and the financial budgeting of a portfolio of 23 commercial properties.  In his recent professional experience, his work in appraisal involved consulting real estate developers, pension funds, REITS, and both private and public entities in all facets of the real estate market.  He has effectively performed commercial appraisals, property tax assessment contestations, feasibility studies, facility management reviews, as well as participated in the due diligence process for large-scale real estate transactions and land development projects.
