A highly valued member of Vancouver’s Industrial Sales and Leasing team, Flavio concentrates primarily on Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Coquitlam, and consistently averages 60 transactions per year.

Flavio joined the Industrial Research division of Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 1996 and provided support and market information to the Industrial sales team. He progressed to Sales Assistant for three of the top Industrial Brokers, gaining valuable sales, negotiation and real estate analysis skills.

Flavio recently leased or sold numerous industrial properties for Wesgroup Income Properties, BC Hydro, Pilot Pacific, Warrington PCI Property Group, Bosa Development, The Beedie Group, GWL Realty Advisors, Tonko Realty Advisors, Polygon Homes and Onni Holdings.

He graduated in Real Estate Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
