Fraser Vrenjak is a retail focused Sales Representative for Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region. Fraser works along side Senior Vice President of Retail Bob Vrenjak, Associate Vice President Ryan Kaitting, as well as Ken Opper and Sam Bowers. Fraser brings his knowledge of local markets and strong industry relationships to the team. He has the unique ability of creating client awareness through social media marketing. Fraser has been working in commercial real estate for the past 6 years on various projects for his father Bob Vrenjak. As of August 2015, Fraser has entered into the real estate market with Cushman & Wakefield. He has specialized in site selection for retail stores, quick service restaurants, gas stations and much more.
