About

Garrett Noiles is an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield and a member of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group. Based in Toronto, Garrett and his team advise office occupiers on complex leasing assignments in Toronto and across Canada and North America.
With more than thirteen years of commercial real estate experience, Garrett has advised many of Toronto’s most prominent organizations on their workplace and real estate strategies, ranging from individual transactions to complex, multi-market assignments. His practice encompasses the full transaction lifecycle, including needs analysis, strategy development, market and site selection, financial evaluation, and offer and lease negotiations.

Garrett is known for his deep understanding of the Toronto office market, strategic and collaborative approach, and strong relationships across the brokerage and ownership communities. He combines these strengths with a detailed understanding of each client’s business objectives to deliver tailored strategies and successful real estate outcomes.
