Jeevan Bath, a 2022 graduate from the Sauder School of Business, is an Associate with the industrial team in the Cushman & Wakefield Vancouver office. Jeevan started at Cushman in November 2022 as the Research Analyst for Vancouver's industrial division where he maintained the industrial database and provided market surveys and comparable reports tailored specifically to clients needs. In this role, Jeevan gained a thorough understanding of Metro Vancouver's industrial market and quickly became an expert in all areas of the asset class: the development pipeline, pricing and listings across all submarkets.

His analytical background and deep understanding of the market will not only position the team well moving forward but will also create a competitive advantage for any future clients.
