Jesse Roth is Vice President of the Retail Asset Advisors of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Capital Markets Group, specializing in lead generation and deal execution across all retail investment classes. Jesse is a leading figure in Ontario’s retail real estate market, and with over 8 years of experience in real estate investment sales, he has managed and advised on the disposition of retail asset portfolios, single- and multitenant NNN properties, mixed-use properties, gas stations/unique use and redevelopment opportunities. 

Jesse advises private and mid-market owners of retail properties, guiding acquisitions and dispositions to maximize value throughout the ownership life cycle. His clients include private families, developers, private equity firms, public organizations, community associations, religious organizations, and educational institutions. Known for his deep market insight and strong relationships with top public, private, and international investors across Canada, Jesse leverages constant deal flow and market knowledge to deliver exceptional returns for clients.
