Jordan is a Vice President, Industrial, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 as an Industrial Research Analyst and quickly transitioned into an integral member of Vancouver’s industrial sales and leasing division. He has transacted both sales and leases on a variety of commercial properties including industrial, office, retail, land (both commercial and residential) and development properties.
Jordan has experience working with and representing many local, national, and international clients including Acklands-Grainger Inc, Wesgroup Properties, Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, Jamieson Wellness Inc, Innomar Strategies Inc (AmerisourceBergen), and Mott Electric GP to name a few.
He graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Marketing Management Diploma of Technology– Professional Real Estate Program prior to obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University. During this time, he served as the VP of Marketing & Communications for the BCIT Real Estate Association.
Jordan was the recipient of the NAIOP Vancouver Award in Professional Real Estate in 2009.
