Julian Colman is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., specializing in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services. Julian Colman focuses on the provision of timely and strategic solutions to the real estate issues of Canada's leading institutions, corporations, municipal, provincial and federal government agencies and departments. Julian's 31 years of "hands on" consulting experience within Cushman and Wakefield Ltd. has culminated in numerous high profile assignments, for the lands and buildings which form today's and tomorrow's urban landscape.

Mr. Colman joined Cushman and Wakefield Ltd. as a Consultant, was promoted to Senior Consultant and then to Vice President. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield Ltd., Julian was employed as a commercial mortgage underwriter for a leading Trust company.
Julian has extensive asset and occupancy management strategy and implementation experience for North America’s leading public and private sector organizations. Julian is also a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario.
