Lauren Luchini has been part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto Office Leasing since 2014, specializing in office leasing with a primary focus on landlord representation in Downtown Toronto. Over her career in commercial real estate, she has completed more than 600 transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants across the GTA.

Lauren is a member of a specialized agency brokerage team alongside Michael Scace, Vice Chair, and Alan Rawn, Senior Vice President. Together, they service private and institutional investors across the GTA, delivering fully integrated advisory services that include asset repositioning, integrated property marketing services, in-depth market analytics and research, financial analysis, offer and proposal preparation, deal negotiations, lease analysis, and advisory on building and space design and capital deployment.

In 2018, Lauren was the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s GTA Community and Culture Award, recognizing individuals who demonstrate leadership and make a meaningful impact on corporate culture and the commercial real estate industry. That same year, Lauren and her team received NAIOP’s REX Award for Office Lease of the Year for their work on Shopify’s 433,000-square-foot lease at The Well.

Lauren is a founding member and sits on the leadership board of CRE8, a not-for-profit commercial real estate association. CRE8 was founded as a grassroots organization designed to provide an inclusive community for women in commercial real estate. The initial focus was a networking platform for women who are on the transactional side of the business (leasing, capital markets, asset management) but it has since grown to include a variety of programming, including lunch & learns, panel discussions, mentorship and health & wellness events. Since its inception in 2017, CRE8 has grown to 450+ members throughout the GTA, and in 2026 expanded to the west coast with a Vancouver Chapter.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and is a licensed member of RECO, TREB and CREA. She is an active supporter of the Alzheimer Society of Canada and was Chair of the Board for the 2023 Memory Ball.
