Lee Billinkoff, Vice Chair, has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto Office Leasing division since 2001. In this role, Lee delivers innovative real estate solutions for clients with complex requirements through his strong strategic approach and creative expertise. Lee is part of a specialized brokerage team that services multi-national clients across Canada and the United States, specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation.

Lee in partnership with Derek Snyder, Vice Chair, and Eric Shaw, Executive Vice President, are a consistently top-performing team, having ranked in Canada’s Top 10 eight times, including 2018.

He graduated with an honours degree in Business Administration, Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
