Liam began working at Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as a Summer Research Intern while completing his education in BCIT’s Professional Real Estate Program. Since then, Liam has transitioned into brokerage and specializes in office and retail leasing and sales in the suburban markets of Burnaby, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities.

Through his experience, Liam has acquired a comprehensive set of analytical skills and market knowledge that he uses to help his clients achieve their goals, most notably lead development, lease negotiations, and strategic expansion planning.
