Matthew Cheung is an Associate Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. based in the Toronto office. In his role, he completes valuations on a variety of approaches. He has experience in appraising a wide variety of assets ranging from neighbourhood / retail buildings, multi-family residential, industrial facilities to commercial/residential development land.  

Ever since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Matthew has worked on a number of significant valuation assignments within the Valuation & Advisory Group for a variety of clients, including but not limited to REITs, developers, and banks, and has provided valuation / consultation services for the purposes of disposition, financing, and financial reporting.  

The Valuation & Advisory group provides services including appraisals, highest and best use analysis, and rental analysis, along with specialized expertise in various industry sectors. 

Matthew previously comes from a legal and compliance background working in Beijing, and Hong Kong SAR, China. Due to his experiences living in Canada, and working in China, Matthew can speak English, Cantonese, and Chinese.
