Melissa is a seasoned suburban office and industrial sales and leasing specialist with more than a decade of real estate experience. Through her years of working in commercial real estate she has cultivated strong client relationships, allowing her knowledge to support and enhance her clients’ business objectives. Melissa is part of a suburban office team, alongside her partner Glen Moore, Senior Vice President.

She brings strategic insight and a collaborative approach to every assignment and has developed an in-depth understanding of the dynamics that drive successful transactions. Melissa combines her market expertise with a solid foundation in contracts from her prior work as a paralegal.
