Michael Johnson is a Sales Representative and Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield Southwestern Ontario. Michael is a graduate of the Urban Development Program at Western University and joined Cushman & Wakefield Southwestern Ontario after working for over 10 years providing real estate market research, consulting and advisory services for many of Canada’s leading real estate developers and investors.

Michael has delivered market research and consulting services in support of hundreds of real estate development projects throughout Southwestern Ontario, and offers an in-depth understanding of market analytics, demographics and the overall land development process. Michael’s detailed knowledge of real estate market analytics and experience working with a diverse range of public and private sector clients provides valued insight to help guide successful transactions.
