About

Michael is an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group, based out of Toronto. In this role, he provides real estate valuation services with a specific focus on private land developments and large-scale public projects (expropriation, acquisition / disposition projects).

Michael provides valuation and consulting services for a variety of asset types – including future development land, multi-residential, industrial and commercial assets.  In addition to working with private Clients, Michael also works closely with many public bodies throughout Ontario.  Michael has led many large-scale expropriation projects and special purpose property projects (i.e. rail corridors, air rights, laneways, etc.) throughout Ontario.

Awards & Recognition

Michael has been a top performer in the Valuation & Advisory group for the previous 5+ years – reaching Presidents Round Table (PRT) status every year since receiving his AACI designation.
