Mr. Klein has been actively and continuously involved in every facet of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate business since 1991. He provides his market knowledge, analysis, and transaction expertise in every market sector including industrial, office, retail, land acquisition and development, design-build projects, and investment.

Mike’s goal from the outset has been to provide the best, most comprehensive level of advisory services to his clients, and this has earned him a high degree of repeat and referral business from his loyal clientele. Mike has established a strong track record servicing a wide range of clients throughout Southern Ontario, concentrating principally on Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge, but he has carried out larger mandates across the entirety of the southern Ontario industrial/commercial marketplace. He has established a particular specialty in property acquisition and in the handling of complex transactions, including brownfield properties.
