Michael is Vice Chair of the Toronto West industrial group. In this role, Michael focuses on:

1. The acquisition/disposition of industrial buildings and land.
2. Tenant representation working on complex lease transactions with regional, national and multi-national companies.
3. Large scale agency assignments for new state-of-the-art industrial developments.
4. Mid-market investment deals such as sale-leasebacks and portfolio dispositions/acquisitions.

Michael prides himself on his market knowledge, relationships and having a strong understanding of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial platform. Michael has sold over 500 acres of development land and leased/sold over 10,000,000 square feet of space with a total transaction value of over $2B Michael consistently ranks in the National Top 10 and is the first broker to ever achieve the title of Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto West office.
