About

Moshe, Vice President, is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales group, based out of Toronto. He is responsible for the origination, management and execution of investment transactions across all asset classes on behalf of the company’s Investment Sales division.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, Moshe has led dispositions exceeding $800 million of commercial property and over 6 million square feet of residential/commercial density.

Over the course of his tenure at the firm, Moshe has worked on behalf of several publicly traded real estate companies, institutional investors and government agencies. Moshe also actively represents numerous private real property international and local owners in asset dispositions.

Moshe holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is an active member of Toronto NAIOP.
