Paul is a Vice President, Office Leasing, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. Having experience working as both a leasing agent and as a landlord, he has a unique background in commercial real estate. Tenant representation has been Paul’s core business for over 15 years.
He is a member of both Cushman Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group and the Tech Practice Group. He has completed tenant transactions of 3m+ square feet and has advised those occupying over 20m square feet. Paul has represented an array of 50+ technology start-ups to national and multi-national corporations. Tenants represented include: Colligo, Disney, Expedia, FB, Monexa, MPR, Qlik, TELUS, Workday, and Yaletown Partners to name a few. Traditional tenants represented include: Aviso Wealth, Bank of Montreal, Deloitte, Great-West Life, Intact Financial, Macquarie Bank, UBS Bank, VIA Rail and WorkSafeBC.
Prior to joining the firm, Paul navigated Calgary’s challenging commercial real estate market which has added to his creative solutions and negotiation skills necessary to ensure client needs and objectives are continually met.
Paul has been awarded the National Award of Excellence and has achieved the Cushman & Wakefield President’s Round Table ranking (awarded to the firm’s highest producing fee-earners) on 14 occasions.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia
Paul is a member of the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Blood Services, NAIOP, UBC Alumni Association, and the Vancouver Enterprise Forum.
