As the Account Coordinator for the Transaction Management division of the Corporate Occupier & Investor Services team, Penny is responsible for coordinating the real estate portfolio processes for multiple national accounts. This includes conducting portfolio planning, executing acquisition & disposition strategies, liaising with industry-leading brokers, managing transaction process, lease documentation and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Penny was employed with Jones Lang LaSalle in Shanghai, China for more than 8 years. Penny has also served as a Transaction Manager for UTC, with a primary focus in the Greater China and South East Asia areas and as Tenant Representative for corporate clients including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Cisco and UTC.
