Richard is an Associate within the Toronto West Industrial group and specializes in the Leasing and Sales of industrial properties in the Toronto West market. Richard began his career as a member of our Industrial Research team as a Junior Researcher. Richard took this time to enhance his understanding of Industrial Real Estate in the GTA and has successfully integrated this knowledge and experience into sales practice. Choosing to focus on the leasing and sales of industrial assets in the GTA, Richard has grown and continues to build on his extensive network of strong client relationships in order to provide effective real estate solutions. As an individual who takes great pride in his work, Richard has a work ethic which seeks to generate the best possible outcome for his clients.
