Rob Macfarlane is an Associate specializing in industrial sales and leasing with Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver office. He advises both owners and occupiers across the Lower Mainland, delivering clear, client-first real estate advice grounded in local market knowledge.

Before entering brokerage, Rob completed three internships at three different commercial brokerages in Vancouver. The experience gave him exposure to every asset class and a broad understanding of how each market works, and ultimately led him to focus on industrial real estate.

Today, Rob brings that foundation to a fast-moving industrial market. Driven and highly motivated, he approaches every assignment with integrity and a steady focus on what is best for the client, whether he is representing a landlord, a tenant, or an investor. He works alongside his twin brother at the Vancouver office, and the two share a collaborative approach to serving clients.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialized in Real Estate, from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is fluent in both English and French. He is committed to delivering thoughtful advice, responsive service, and long-term value to every client he represents.
