Rocco Vecera, EA, AACI, is Vice-President at Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory in Montreal. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 and has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory work.

Rocco specializes in real estate valuation and advisory assignments throughout Québec. Rocco’s responsibility at Cushman & Wakefield encompasses the appraisal of portfolios and major commercial real estate properties in the Montreal area. Areas of specialization include multi-residential, major office buildings, regional shopping centers and vacant land sites.

Major achievements at Cushman & Wakefield include the valuation of well over $1 billion per year of real estate assets. Also, Rocco has received the President’s Round Table (PRT) numerous times as well as the Sales Achievement Club Award and the Long Service Award in 2012 for 25 years service. Rocco was also the manager of the Montreal office for 8 years from 1999 to 2007.

He has worked with significant clients including Cadillac Fairview, Oxford Properties, Caisse de dépôt, Standard Life and others.
