Peter Gibson is an Executive Vice President in Vancouver’s Investment and Financial Services division with over 35 years of experience. One of the top producers nationally and in Western Canada, he has won numerous awards recognizing his consistently high sales performance. Peter's experience entails a high level of expertise in all commercial asset classes with a focus predominantly on purpose-built rental apartment buildings, shopping centres and portfolio sales of multiple asset classes. His client profile is comprised of North American based REITS, institutional investors, developers, and high net worth private investors.

Peter graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Since joining Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 1990, he has been involved in over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions including land sales, shopping centres, office investments, purpose-built rental apartment buildings, and portfolio sales. Peter has successfully transacted nearly 100 shopping centres across British Columbia and over 18 purpose-built rental projects in the last six years, including pre-sales, mid-construction projects, and completed projects located in all major geographic locations across Western Canada. His extensive experience with shopping centres and purpose-built rental apartments has allowed him to be at the forefront of the industry.
