Shae is a Senior Associate specializing in Industrial sales and leasing in Calgary. She is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed – whether is securing ideal space through strategic market analysis and effective lease negotiation or advising on real estate solutions that align with long-term operational goals. Her ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships, combined with a deep understanding of market trends, allows her to deliver customized strategies that meet each client’s unique needs.

Prior to joining the Calgary Office, Shae obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. She then spent five years working in Cushman & Wakefield’s Winnipeg Office, starting as an Investment Team Coordinator, before transitioning into a licensed agent role on the Investment Team. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in transaction management and gained broad experience across industrial and office transactions as well as investment sales. Now based in Calgary, Shae draws on her cross-market experience to support clients through each stage of the deal process, with a consistent emphasis on service, trust, and lasting value.
