Stephanie Klug

With over 15 years of experience in a variety of HR roles within Commercial Real Estate for owners, occupiers, and real estate service providers, Stephanie leads the People Partners in Canada across all Services Lines. In addition, she is a member of the Americas People Partnering Leadership Team and participates in several management committees and DEI initiatives.
As a member of the Canadian National Leadership team, Stephanie works with the business to provide coaching and implement talent management strategies to support C&Ws employees across the country.
Stephanie joined C&W in 2016 and previously held roles at JLL and Oxford Properties. A Certified HR practitioner in Ontario, Stephanie holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management, and bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University.
