Stephen Heron is a sales representative at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region, with a focus on office and industrial leasing and land development. Stephen serves as one of Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region’s representatives at the Communitech Hub as a Resident Service Provider for Real Estate. Stephen is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s North American High Tech Practice Group.

Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Stephen co-founded TribeHR, a SaaS startup which was purchased by Netsuite. Stephen has had a varied background in marketing and advertising that has seen him to work with and for world class brands such as Samsung, Canon, Pioneer, Ricoh and Air Canada Vacations. He ran his own communications firm working with local companies such as Gina’s Spa, Hair Studio and MediSpa, Gina’s College, David Boyes Home Concepts, Dube & Cuttini, Kechnie Health and Wealth, Waterloo Manufacturing, Energent and FleetCarma. As well Stephen managed the advertising and marketing directives for the Schlueter Automotive Group both as an agency and then as their Director of Marketing.
