Tom Rudell is the President and Owner of Cushman & Wakefield Southwestern Ontario. Tom was also a Co-Founder of the company, which was established in 1994 and then called Commercial One Realty Corporation. He has been specializing in the Southwestern Ontario Real Estate Marketing for over 24 years.

Over the years, Tom has built a solid reputation based on integrity and product knowledge and is considered one of the foremost ICI sales people in Southwestern Ontario.
