Tyler is a senior member within the Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) Practice for Cushman & Wakefield in Canada. Tyler has prepared appraisals, technical reviews, and provided consulting on a wide array of real estate and related matters on behalf of legal counsel, developers, investors, private and public entities, financial institutions and government agencies nationwide. Cushman & Wakefield’s DALS Practice combines due diligence, finance and real estate expertise in providing comprehensive support in dispute and litigation matters involving commercial real estate. Tyler has previously been qualified as an expert witness. 

Tyler is an Accredited Appraiser (AACI, P.App.) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a Professional Land Economist (PLE) member of the Association of Ontario Land Economists, and an active member of both the Ontario Expropriation Association and B.C Expropriation Association. Tyler has received a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics.
