Helge Zahrnt MRICS has been responsible for the position of Head of Research & Insight Germany as a partner since 2020. The research team carries out the collection and analysis of real estate market data as well as market reporting. One of his focal points is digital market intelligence, i.e. the development of digital analysis tools and online dashboards. Another focus is the creation of insight reports on various topics of the real estate market.
Helge has a total of 15 years of experience in real estate market research and previously worked at JLL in the research department, most recently as Research Director. Helge is a member of the following organizations: RICS, gif, ZIA, DVAG.
