Alan is an experienced management leader and plays a dual role as Head of Sales and Head of Business Operation in Greater China. He also plays an active role as coordinator among various stakeholders and practice groups.
His primary functions are to analyze business data and the latest market trends so as to formulate and refine business strategies, initiatives and action plans in conjunction with various service lines and offices within the region. He chairs the Bid Committee and Service Excellence Committee to provide not only bid support but also assurance of service quality in the course of execution. He also drives internal service excellence, external professional industry awards, collaboration and sharing of best practices.
Alan is also responsible to ensure operational efficiency through formulating and refining central and departmental operation policies, working procedures and practices, as well as business risks management.
Alan began his career in 1981, with a strong professional background in marketing and sales, as well as senior level management and business operations.
