Federico Goeters is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 18 years of expertise in leading high-value transactions and managing complex portfolios across diverse asset classes. Federico served as Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate Mexico, where he led a team of six professionals responsible for overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, debt transactions, and joint venture negotiations for the firm’s Mexico portfolio. During his tenure at PGIM, Federico successfully closed over $3.5 billion in equity transactions, covering the industrial, retail, and residential sectors. He also played a pivotal role in securing more than $2.1 billion in debt since 2022, reinforcing PGIM Mexico’s strong market position. Known for sourcing off-market opportunities, Federico built lasting relationships with brokers and financial institutions to identify exclusive deals for PGIM.

With deep expertise in structuring joint ventures, negotiating waterfalls, beneficiary agreements, and development agreements, Federico has successfully negotiated complex transactions that created significant value for PGIM. He was also in charge of all transaction underwriting, due diligence, and capital deployment presentations to PGIM’s Investment Committees, ensuring Team alignment with strategic objectives.

Prior to PGIM, Federico advised a Private Equity firm on the acquisition of a 1.7 million SF industrial portfolio. As Vice President at Citi, Federico was a leader in the bank’s real estate operations in Mexico, where he provided underwriting and leverage solutions for corporate clients expanding their real estate portfolio
