Fernando joined C&W in December 1997, as a member of the Asset Services team, for the Finance and Administration department. He was responsible for procurement, capturing all the requisitions for each of the projects and supporting the accounting area.

In May 1998, he fully integrated to C&W’s accounting department, where he was in charge of Treasury, reviewing financial reports and performing functions in Fiscal areas , Finance, Billing and Payroll preparation.

From October 2000 to July 2005, he was Head of the Management for a property named Corporativo Opción Santa Fe II, owned by Grupo Acción.

In August 2005, he joined the Facilities Management team, particularly working with Mexico Nestlé as a client; giving attention and added value to the senior levels of management. Alternating with this client, he provided support to the building known as Torre Excellence, whose main tenant  is MetLife Mexico.

By 2010, he was entrusted with the Novartis Pharmaceuticals account, his scope involved accounting and management processes pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry.

Currently, commencing the second semester, he obtained, in one of the most exclusive areas of Guadalajara, Jalisco, the Property Management Service for Corporate building, with  17 levels and heliport created by DMI – Desarrollo Mexicano de Inmuebles.
