With more than 15 years of experience in the critical and technical administration of buildings, Miguel Orta is responsible for the quality and operation procedures of more than 50 current C&W Projects in operation. During this period he has been responsible for the preparation and implementation of operating manuals, transition procedures for new projects and preparation of technical-economic proposals for RFP.
Miguel Orta joined C&W in 1999 as a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor, in 2000 he was appointed Operations Manager for TMM Transportación Marítima Mexicana where he implemented a savings project that resulted in 25% savings in the cost of electrical service, as well as like other projects. In 2001 Miguel Orta was appointed Property Manager of the Eureka Power Center shopping center, being responsible for more than 30,000 m2. From 2002 to 2006 he was responsible for operational manual development and implementation services.
Between 2006-2009 Miguel Orta worked as Implementation Manager at MRP Mexico Retail Properties. Within this project, he worked as operations coordinator for 15 shopping centers, where he was responsible for staff training, implementation of operating manuals, preparation of operational and financial reports, service payment administration, implementation of savings projects, receipt of work of shopping centers, etc.
From 2009 to 2011 MRP Mexico Retail Properties Implementation Manager, preparation of operating manuals, review, control and management of service payments, before CFE the review of centralized collection with more than 50 services or contracts, preparation of maintenance audits, purchase of materials, maintenance policies for equipment such as emergency plants, HVAC, electrical substations, elevators, sidewalks and escalators, CCTV, SPCI equipment and follow-up of pending reviews and/or maintenance audits, these activities mentioned above in 26 shopping malls.
Miguel has baccalaureate studies as an Electromechanical Technician.
