With more than a decade of experience in the construction and design industry, Roberto Milano has held key roles ranging from Site Coordinator to Deputy Director of Projects and Infrastructure. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including office, residential, retail, banking branches, and healthcare facilities. As a Senior Real Estate Designer, he led renovation and relocation projects for office spaces as well as the design and construction of call centers.

In his current role as Regional Director for Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Durango at Cushman & Wakefield Mexico, Roberto contributes to the development and implementation of departmental goals and plans. He oversees day-to-day operations, defines initial project strategies, and ensures successful execution through completion. He is recognized for his ability to lead teams on mixed-use projects, pre-construction planning, and for enhancing operational practices to drive project success.

Roberto has participated in major projects, including collaborations with Scotiabank, General Motors, and the Arboleda complex, demonstrating his skill in managing complex and diverse construction types.

Education

Roberto holds a degree in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), providing him with a strong academic foundation. He further specialized in Project Management in Architecture, reflecting his comprehensive approach to effective project leadership. In addition, he earned a Master’s in Project Management, consolidating his expertise in the efficient management of architectural and construction projects.
