Yahir Sarmiento has over two decades of experience in the construction and design industry, actively contributing to high-impact projects across Mexico and Latin America. His career has been defined by effective leadership in corporate, industrial, and pharmaceutical developments for both national and international companies. 

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Yahir has led the Project & Development Services division, driving its growth and establishing a team recognized for its operational efficiency and project quality. 

Throughout his career, he has managed more than one million square meters of projects, ranging from commercial interiors to new construction, with a strong focus on process optimization, quality standards, and client satisfaction. His leadership and strategic vision position him as a key figure in comprehensive project management within Mexico’s corporate real estate sector.

Education

Jesús holds a technical degree in Industrial Maintenance from the Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Baja California (CECYTE), a nationally recognised institution known for its practical and technical training of professionals for the industry.
