About

Bogumila joins Cushman & Wakefield after over 7 years at Tetris Poland, where she was responsible for serving key corporate clients on the Polish and CEE markets. She has extensive experience in working with international teams in delivering comprehensive fit-out projects across multiple sectors. Her duties included process and risk management regarding the delivery of projects under a Design + Build procurement route and coordinating a team of project managers, cost managers and designers.

Bogumila has been involved in the commercial real estate market for 16 years. In her career, she has implemented projects for global financial and technological institutions, investment funds and commercial developers

In December 2021, Bogumila was appointed Head of Design and Build Poland, and together with Andrew Frizell, Head of Project & Development Services Poland, will develop and grow the Design + Build business line at Cushman & Wakefield.
