He is savvy in lease acquisition, disposal, renewal and restructure and constantly keeps himself updated with ancillary skill sets such as industrial/business park qualification criteria, workplace strategy and project management.
Deyang has worked on landmark transactions in the Singapore market including Lazada/Alibaba’s 130,000 sqft relocation to 51 Bras Basah – eventually achieving naming rights to the building. Most recently, Deyang assisted FEDEX with their regional HQ relocation from Hong Kong – showcasing his ability to satisfy challenging requirements from a multitude of high-profile stakeholders.
