About

Reno has over 30 years experience in property consultancy of which more than 25 have been in the Spanish real estate market. Previously, he was a valuation and capital markets professional at a private practice based in London’s West End.

He is a lecturer at several universities and regularly features on diverse subjects such as forward funding structures, sale and leasebacks, REITS and Spanish property market trends. He was a European RICS board member for many years and sat on the RICS Global Valuation Board.

Responsibilities
International Partner and Head of the EMEA Capital Markets Office Group at Cushman and Wakefield. Joint responsibility for the Spanish capital markets business involving the acquisition, disposal and development of investment property across all sectors. Established the Spanish student housing, Life Science, NPL and change of use platforms.
