David Binks and Roger Reid take up senior roles with the team
Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its national logistics & industrial team with the appointment of senior hires, David Binks and Roger Reid.
David Binks re-joins Cushman & Wakefield as International Partner after spending three years at St. Modwen as Senior Director - Leasing where he was responsible for co-ordinating the company’s leasing activities nationally and identifying national opportunities for the development of the firm’s industrial portfolio. Prior to that he spent over 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield.
He brings 30 years’ experience in the industrial sector and will head the firm’s Midlands logistics & industrial team based in Birmingham, with responsibility for business development, providing disposal, acquisition and development advice to a wide range of landlords, institutional funds and corporate occupiers.
Roger Reid joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Thames Valley team as Partner after previously setting up his own business, Elmtree Commercial. Prior to that Roger worked for a large independent firm and he brings over 15 years Thames Valley experience to the role. He will be offering disposal advice for a variety of institutional and private landlords, as well as occupier advice for corporate clients.

Patrick Mooney and Tom Erxleben and have also joined the London and South East logistics & industrial team as Senior Surveyors. Patrick joins from CBRE whilst Tom was previously a Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Yorkshire logistics team based in Leeds.

The new appointments join Sally Bruer (Partner, Logistics & Industrial, Insight & Strategy for EMEA), a leading authority in the field of logistics and industrial property research, and Laurence Davies and, Surveyor in the North West logistics team, who have both joined the team since the start of the year.
