Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Team Strengthens Further With Partner Hire

Manchester, 8 October 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Sally Allsop to its national Valuation & Advisory team.  Based at the firm’s Manchester office, she will work within the firm’s North West Valuation & Advisory team, led by Chad Davies, advising clients on industrial, office and retail valuations. Allsop joins from Cluttons, Manchester, where she was an Associate in the Valuations team for nearly five years, providing advice to wide range of clients, with a strong focus and specialism on secured lending. She also played a significant role in expanding Cluttons’ presence in the north.  Earlier in her career, Allsop worked alongside Davies at Lambert Smith Hampton.

Allsop is the latest Partner to join Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Valuation & Advisory team, following the recent arrivals of Paul Winstanley and Beth Hill, who specialise in the Living-sector, Clare Clarke (Central London) and Rob Pritchard (Logistics & Industrial). Additionally, Lucy Foulds has been promoted to Partner in Edinburgh, and the firm has also welcomed back retail valuation specialist, Eleanor Furness, as an Associate.
