Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Richard Mass as a Partner in its London West End Capital Markets team, strengthening the firm's presence in one of the capital's most active investment markets.
Mass joins from JLL where he was a Director and where he spent 14 years in the West End team. During his time there he built a strong reputation for advising institutional clients on complex transactions.
Mass’s experience includes advising on the disposal of Wells & More for £172m, a recently refurbished core West End asset owned by GPE, and the acquisition of the Lazard headquarters building at 20 Manchester Square on behalf of Delancey for £120m. He also advised Habro on the acquisition of 1 Bow Churchyard and Aviva Investors on the sale of 127-133 Wardour Street.
His appointment follows the announcement that Jonathan O'Regan will join Cushman & Wakefield as Head of West End Capital Markets in October 2026, and marks a further step in the evolution and growth of the firm's capital markets offering – Mass will sit alongside Paul Gummer and Graham Harding who are currently Partner’s in the West End team.
Chris Bennett, Head of London Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "Richard’s appointment is a part of a deliberate investment in our West End capital markets team. Following the hire of Jonathan O’Regan, Richard adds additional senior level strength, market coverage and connectivity with institutional clients and capital. He is highly regarded in the market, has strong agency connectivity and has a proven ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for his clients.
“We are focused on building a leading West End business that is consistently entrusted with the market’s most important and high profile transactions. Richard’s expertise and experience will be instrumental in achieving that goal."
