Atlanta’s medical office assets held strong in the first half of 2023, as national fundamentals continue to insulate the sector from economic constraints. With increased spending on healthcare and demand for in-person care, 10,086 Ambulatory Health Care Service jobs were added across the metro over the past year, including offices of physicians, dentists, and medical and diagnostic laboratories. Heading into the second half of 2023, the Atlanta medical office sector will continue to gain interest from investors across other service lines.
